Trip Report Clark & Ellen are headed on vacation! Alone!!! (Semi-Live) **Complete**

So, with many bumps in the road, along the way- and our 3rd ever trip anywhere alone, in many, many years- guess what??) Disney, the Beach? We are there!
This will be the longest trip, we have ever done alone since having kids.

Let’s just say- we need this!

I have 3 1/2 hours before I wake B up, and oh my gosh! Worse than waiting on Christmas!

I hate to ride in a car, B loves driving down- Thus the reason he is asleep and I am awake. He sleeps during the day and I stay awake. His hope is I will pass out and shut up and not complain.

With that said, if Life is a Highway - I wanna sleep all night long!



We also totally relate to the Griswolds, and you can bet that this will be played, full blast, as always as we depart!



Can you imagine if they made a Vacation movie with just Clark & Ellen? Lol

Hoping for a sunrise arrival again. This will be our shortest Disney trip ever at 4 days, but hey, still a Disney trip right? Looking very forward to laying on the beach for a Long time too. Day one Ft. Wilderness Cabins, then 3 days at Coronado-

Finally got in our room, using the unlock feature- on phone- they still had to come change batteries inside the room, B’s magicband works, Mine doesn’t. Go figure! Both worked everywhere else. They credited us 100.00 dollars even tho we told them not to worry about it! Stuff happens.
Crowded day, but still a fun day. Don’t mind going out to smoke a few times a day either but they should not put it where all the people are unloading from boats at DHS. Poor choice of an area. A cloud of smoke in that walk way. :-/ PS.... I am so tired! We may not be as young as we used to be! 😑

Finally got to ride EE- and then - Had to stop in here- and say hello to Bob- and Kimberly. Bob has been making me Harambe coolers since longer than I can remember. And of course, I had a Bloody Mary. Dawa Bar’s are the best! Bacon....

I had a lot of the same items from Flower and Garden when I was there last week. I want those scallops again - and the lobster. Heck, I want to go back right now and have it all again LOL.

Took a Safari- I didn’t take pics but B did. Will add later if any turned out. Did the trails then came back to do a quick load of laundry- so why not eat here? I think this place is underrated. And to me even if same management as Epcot, this one is better. I usually get Fajitas or we do the seafood for two. So glad that I tried the Shrimp Tacos! It tastes as good as it looks. One of the best dishes I have had here. Period- and we have been to a lot of places. And you can’t go to Maya without getting a Margarita flight! :)
B did Fajitas- great he said but I think he had serious envy when he tasted my tacos.
