Characters return from retirement?

DarkWing Duck would be awesome!

- Launchpad McQuack
- Scrooge McDuck
- Chip 'n Dale as Rescue Rangers
- Kuzco and Kronk

My kids would like to see;

- Chicken Little characters
- Bolt characters
- Max (from Goof Troop)
*Edit - I forgot Remy!

And I know these are not at WDW but I would love to see Prince Eric and Max the dog from the Little Mermaid!

Oh, and we can't forget Wall E... but he never really existed at WDW either!

I've asked for them to come back. I really wish they would.

LOL That said, I'd go for more villains, Hercules characters (namely Meg & Hades), KH would be cool... more of any characters besides "the usual" (princesses... the 5) are always fun in my book. I can agree with everything on this list.

My wishlist has always consisted of Humphrey Bear, Audoban J Woodlore and Nana. If they can do Marie, they can do Nana. Haruumph. ;)

Ooh yeah, I'd wanna see some Treasure Planet characters! (Don't laugh. I love that movie ;P)
And DEFINITELY get Kuzco and Kronk out there too

One time I saw Launchpad from Ducktales and Darkwing Duck but I havent seen hime since.

Ive never seen Darkwing Duck and that is my favorite cartoon of all time. I also would like to see Robin Hood around the parks again. I just showed that movie to my three year old daughter and she loved it. It would be great for her to be able to meet him when we go up.

I think Huey, Dewy & Louie should make a return to the parks. Also I don't know why Humphrey Bear doesn't appear at the Wilderness Lodge.

As far as answering your question :p The character I most want to meet is Darkwing Duck; however, if there was any chance of actually having Dreamfinder and Figment then that would probably jump ahead... I just figure there is 0% chance of Dreamfinder.

But all the ones others have mentioned would be great too... I cant tell you how excited I would be to see Jim Hawkings and other TP characters, the Gummy Bears (or any other Disney afternoon characters), Meet the Robinsons characters, Atlantis characters, Hunchback characters, Emporers New Groove characters, Huey, Dewey, and Louie, etc... and sad as it may be... I think knowing that I had some chance of meeting these characters would actually get me to visit WDW more often.

I agree with your whole post! Especially the part about designating a location for the rarest of rare characters and having them appear at random. The character set for Town Square was exactly the same on my previous four visits (May 08, Sept 08, Dec 08 and Jan 09) and if I'm not mistaken this will still be the case on my upcoming July 09 trip :cry:.

I have been lucky enough to meet Darkwing (on three separate occassions); however, I would love to see Talespin Louie and Baloo. Love the Disney Afternoon!

You mentioned this the last time this topic was brought up when I first mentioned their names.

I'm really surprised Gus and Jaq are not out as other Cinderella mice are and they're certainly not obscure by any stretch of the imagination.

back in the day, the 3 Little Pigs would be out and about in the parks, not just in parades. It would be fun times to get a photo with the Fiddler, Fifer and Practical. Are those the names?

Hades, as mentioned, would be a welcome return. I hope to see him at the Disney Marathon in January. Hope. . .

I'm with all of you...

Dreamfinder and Figment...Yes yes yes!

ALL the Disney Afternoon characters...Darkwing Duck, and Launchpad, and the Talespin gang...oh my yes...

I would love to see characters from Meet the Robinsons, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Robin Hood...Sword in the Stone (Madame Mim!)

I would also like to meet characters from Fantasia...like the hippos and crocs, or centaurs...how cool would that be?

Many of these characters could appear for meet 'n greets but Disney doesn't put them out. They could have them out for the Halloween and Christmas parties if they didn't want to put them out during regular park hours.
