Why not? There is basically no way to know the capacity of a ride without knowing the capacity size of the vehicle and the dispatch time.

Well it doesn't transport you anywhere, you start and end at the place you started. Things like the train (the one at DAK counts too) and the Red Car trolley at DCA (RIP) would be transportation attractions IMO.

I include the Riverboat and Peoplemover in my definition since they are basically just forms of transportation provided as an attraction.
