I don't say things that are definitely not true. And besides, building a Disneyland in Wisconsin hasn't been a rumor in a few years.

No, it was never a rumor. The story came from this article where the writer was making a case that it would be a good use for the Dairyland Greyhound Park property. At no point did he every imply that Disney was considering this.
