I think I saw some rooms at Pop already well over $200/night, albeit during peak season. That could be the floor for standard rooms by the opening of SW:GE.

Yes they will...cable car and some new window dressing for a 200 sf room.

Centertown market is the quick service. The Spy Glass grill is going in Trinidad South.

Back in 2015 the rooms got a major refurbishment. Big improvement.
