Bits of info from WDI

Sometimes the most direct approach is overlooked as too obvious.

We get so caught up in "sources" and rumors and who knows who or saw what that we ignore what's sitting right in front of us.

I have no idea if "Frank" is full of **** or not, but I also see no reason why this information would need to be kept particularly close to the vest. I'll take it as another data point.

Lamest thread ever. As if WDI would waste their time giving this kind of information a stranger who calls them up.

This may be the first. Saying a bus driver told you the rumors in the first post would have made this "news" sound MORE credible.

You are far too caught up in the standard operating procedure for messageboards.

Not everything is a trade secret, kept in the confidence of only a privileged few, and only then discussed in whispers in dark, smoked filled rooms.

They did actually make a huge *** announcement about this at an event last fall and all. You might have heard about it. Apparently you'd be shocked to hear what people will tell you if you actually take the time to ask them.

Yeah, it's always easier to burn the messenger than put any effort in yourself.

Three words: Time will tell....

Sorry, but WDI doesn't take calls from fanbois and it doesn't give out any information regarding plans.

If someone indeed called they'd likely be forwarded to Guest Relations at WDW or even the D23 website.

People will believe anything.

Oh, and since NO RIDE has been announced for Pixie Hollow, I find it shocking that an Imagineer was willing to tell the OP that the ride is on.

Like I said, people will believe anything. I should start a life of crime ... it would be soooo easy!

Well, he said they are planning an attraction of some sorts. Never said ride. And guys, I don't blame you all for not believing, I would have reacted the same way, but I really did get forwarded to him, and really DID get this information. I know it's not believable. I would post the number but I'm not sure if it would be a good idea, I mean is this allowed or..?

And yes, it's possible that they just tricked me and transferred me somewhere else but hey, I'm just posting the info I gathered. Simply trying to contribute.

Actually you can call WDI and I wouldn't be surprised if they answered some FAQ about the expansion. An expansion already presented to the public. It's no secret.

Except for the part about there being an attraction in Pixie Hollow, which was never announced.

If Frank truly was an Imagineer, I doubt he will be for much longer.

He didn't say there would be an attraction as in confirmed an attraction, he said that there are plans for an attraction of some sorts, but they have not really started with that yet. And also if you look at D23 interviews imagineer Chris Beatty confirms this too. He says that there is plans for a PH attraction, so again as Scar mentioned, it's already info that has been released. Just a few more hints here and there. No need to wig out people.

On the first page you say he confirmed there would be an attraction, but that they don't know what it is. Which is also very suspect. If there's gonna be an attraction they'd know what it's going to be by now, as it has to be approved in the budget.
