Uh….that’s one way to put it.

Everybody will have a wildly off-center picture, because - reasons.

Kind of reminds me of this:

"Imagine if there were a fountain" is the fan equivalent of Iger's "more trees".

Why, though?

I'm not sure a fountain would have worked well in that central planter location for several reasons, but I also don't get why it's being outright dismissed as though it's some weird fringe thought that no rational person should be interested in or care about.

Fountains have long been a significant part of garden/landscape design, and for good reason.

Exactly. And even if we quibble over where a fountain should be, the lack of any water feature in the new gardens is a valid criticism, especially when it was the centerpiece of the plaza for nearly 40 years.

I just meant that it was going to get parroted ad infinitum. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Still think they should have a Card Walker Statue up front on the side just at least for his recognition of creating Epcot on what it is today..Kind of like how they give two schmucks about Roy Disney's statue and for him to creating WDW in general but, nope focus on Walt and put everyone else to the side...

Now, if Eisner had one on the other hand....

Mickey/ Minnie M&G, Mixology Bar, live performance stages and festival spaces
meaning a big chunk of it is probably going to end up like world showplace and not open to the general public, once park ops get their hands on it...thats going to be a major downer if thats how they end up treating it.

Can't wait for the loud music, empty beer cups, discarded food containers, and chairs strewn everywhere in this area once the Epcot Concert Hall is open! (Or do we even have to wait that long?) 🤪

Except of course when the person sits next to him you have a perfectly framed shot on a full bench vs a group of people sitting oddly far to the left on a long platform that has well defined endpoints.

But yeah, other than that it’s exactly the same thing.
Lucky kid, sleeping through the horrors of asymmetric framing of photographs.

I’m not so sure. It’s too prime real estate for it to close off to the public.

I see it as new place to spread out the festivals further and give give Mickey & friends a better area to meet.

I’m quite excited about the live music aspect as that could make it an awesome place to just go and chill

Same thing I got a feeling they are just going to use the WoL pavilion as a permanent Festival Pavilion down the way...It's not like it wasn't for past festivals..Plus, it's much bigger than Showplace and they can use that spot for something else instead...

I'd probably get a picture with Daddy Walt before it gets permanently fenced off.

It's going to start happening (if it hasn't started already).

You all know what I'm talking about.

It can't get any worse than the Imagination Pavilion.

At least it's not on fire today.
