Calling all insiders - @marni1971 - the site that shall remain un-named has a story out about permits to build a new hotel and pool near Epcot(or potentially IN Epcot), near land and Imagination. Per one tik-tok report by real estate agent Ken Pozek? Has this got legs again? Per this agent, contracts have been awarded for this work.

Any link to the permit? The tik tok is very vague.

If it's mostly or partially DVC, it's probably true and they will build it at breakneck speed!

They also say Lake Buena Vista Construction is doing it which can’t be true. That’s Disney’s company and they don’t do major projects like that.

That is insane how the future world project and Epic Universe have been under construction for a similar length of time and the whole brand new theme park is somehow way more complete

Just coming here to say that. BVCC does small construction/repair work, not new resorts. Only thing I can think of is BVCC being used to clear the area of backstage support items to get the area ready to build?
