Before we build “beyond big thunder” can we fix “inside Tomorrowland”

You will get zootopia and cars in the magic kingdom, and smile and say thank youBefore we build “beyond big thunder” can we fix “inside Tomorrowland”
No doubt. There's a ton of space there too, if they are willing to make tough decisions. Before we build “beyond big thunder” can we fix “inside Tomorrowland”
I was always a big fan of the 94 refurb to the land, though that is the one I grew up with. I hate how they did a half a redo of the aesthetics of the land and then quit with what was done and left the rest with the Tomorrowland 94 aesthetic. Just please, pick a lane Disney, and commit to it one way or anotherTo me, Tomorrowland should be a bigger priority... Figure it out, Have Scenic designers instead of hotel architects design the new land. Create once and for all a cohesive, whimsical and vibrant tomorrowland... Replace Stitch, Get rid of the monsters, and make ot feel like you have stepped into a mid-century comic book world of the future... Tons of kinetics, Spectacular with perhaps a few additional attractions.
THEN go Beyond Thunder Mountain...
Same here. If they had gone all out with the retro idea for the 50th that could have been fun - bring back earth to the moon even!I was always a big fan of the 94 refurb to the land, though that is the one I grew up with. I don’t hate monsters inc as much as many folks do honestly. But the stitch building being empty sucks. Though I don’t see why Disney can’t reinvest in this space while also working on the BBT except their lack of ambitionSame here. But what we have now is a closed restaurant (Tomorrowland terrace) a closed attraction (stitch) and then monsters which really should have closed and been replaced by now.
They don’t need to spread themselves too thin.Though I don’t see why Disney can’t reinvest in this space while also working on the BBT except their lack of ambition
I think they could stagger things so it’s not being planned all at once; phase 1 of BBT, stitch replacement, and then phase 2 of beyond for example. Would also depend what/if they have anything big planned for the other parks besides tropical americasThey don’t need to spread themselves too thin.
I wish they would put the monsters inc dark ride in HS, or replace buzz with it already.Monsters Inc. is adorable, but in the wrong location...adding this show to DHS near Midway Mania is absolutely ideal. Maybe revisit the whole Timekeeper Idea...but with 21st century tchnology and lots of in-theater pracital effects....
Actually my worst nightmareYou will get zootopia and cars in the magic kingdom, and smile and say thank you
I…don’t hate that actually.Tomorrowland needs Incredibles 3 to be an alien invasion. And there you go: The right IP with the right look for Tommorowland.
Neither would upset me (Lilo & Stitch is in my rotation of 3 for favorite movie, depending on the day), but I would rather a Verneian (Verne-esque? In the style of Verne...?) Discoveryland overlay, or even a stronger 50s retro-futuristic vibe.I…don’t hate that actually.
Although, I’m still pulling for Stitch.
Disney didn't think The Princess and the Frog was successful either, and look what we got in Frontierland. The movie was not succesful, but I stand by that Meet the Robinsons is the perfect blueprint for a Tomorrowland redesign
Futuristic, whimsical, optimistic, focused on technology but in a playful fantastical way that fits perfectly a castle park
