That could conceivably open as soon as 2027 if it works on the existing expansion pad, right?

Hopefully not. They have much more space at MK outside the berm that it shouldn't have the same kind of issues that DL has with building above the RoA.

Didn't I read somewhere that Floridian Way would eventually get ripped up to open more space for the expansion since they just built Floridian PL that connects near the fire station and Maple Road.
