Who here hasn't tricked someone into trying the Beverly?:lookaroun

Be honest.

Actually, we're taking my sis-in-law and her family next month. Its their first time at the World. We're going to go to a soda place called Club Cool for some refreshment where Beverly will be the best tasting soda served and they'll just have to try it. ;):D

I saw peoples reactions the first time I stopped by there & just knew to avoid that one. So what does it really taste like? Anyone willing to share their 'descriptions'?

This is too funny - I will have to sucker the nephews into this next year for the big family trip. Might be as good or better than the time I gave the kid's a lemon. :D

Against my own better judgement, I'm goin to have to try it now, just to share in the 'collective' human misery, lol.

To me it is just very bitter and has an herbal aftertaste......if that makes sense.......just nasty.....

What amazes me is that anyone would PAY TO DRINK IT!!!!

My husband LIKES it!
I thought he was just kidding because I told him how terrible it was but he kept going back for refills and was trying to see if he could buy it in the US:eek:

It takes like soda water infused with angostura bitters.

I  love Beverly. I admit it is an aquired taste:) but then Coke had a U.S. drink called Tabb  that took a few cartons to get used too. I asked a U.S. Coke distributor if Beverly was available here, he said no. Anyone know any different? :D
