DCA looks better without nothing there. They should tear down bug land and just leave it empty. Also tear down Mission Breakout because dang that thing ugly as heck.

What an odd space to build Marvel in. I think DCA should just be torn down and start from scratch.

I'm expecting hollywoodland to be razed too, so maybe one day the map for Marvel Land will look like this

This thread is NOT meant to discuss whether Star Wars Marvel Land has a place in Disneyland DCA, the loss of Bugs land, your thoughts on the direction of DCA, your undying eulogy of love for Heimlich's Choo-Choo Train or again your hatred of Mission breakout. Construction photos, concept art, specific details regarding the contents of the expansion, aerials and generalized speculation about the above are all appropriate. Expect topic drift to set in around 2019 (within the first page of the thread) though....

Looks like Disney World with all of that imaginary grass.

Also, yet again, Imagining this when it is finished in 2020... DCA will have 3 straight boulevards splintering off of its parade route. Hollywood, the marvel/avengers one, and then route 66. It'll be the strangest theme park layout imaginable.. not a hub and spoke, not a wheel. People will be able to traverse the park and miss parts of it entirely. Hollywood blvd for now will dead end into that backlot facade.

But hey, that is kind of fitting the theme of california? Endless urban sprawl and really terrible land use/urban planning.
