I've got to imagine that the night time safaris will start more or less simultaneously with ROL, since they would go along with extended park hours into the evening.

I don't know if the nighttime safari alone would be a good enough reason to keep the park open after dark, although I think the combination of ROL and the safari might be and it would help keep AK's attendance up in the year prior to Pandora opening.
Agreed on the second part, although I know JT doesn't even believe the careful wording of our insiders.

Well yeah, now that they learned a valuable lesson. At the same time I was saying it would be a Carsland scale land with the attractions mainly indoors (as opposed to RSR)

Pandora, the nighttime safari, River of Light, and a few family dark rides... maybe another coaster? Australia and a complete Dinoland makeover too. AK needs that before it can really be open past 8 or 9 most of the time.

Do anniversary mugs, t-shirts and photo albums count towards substantial? I also seriously doubt there will not be a new parade or at the very least a new song for the parade.
