All large structures do have a slight sway to them. Skyscrapers are a good example.

Alright....now I'm beginning to look forward to this. I thought the outside was going to be cool. If that was an animatronic, I will love to see it. Loved the stonework too. I'm not sure of the bioluminescence effect though. From the video it looks like black light and highlighter ink.

Yes the Navi at the end of that clip is animatronic, from what I have been reading it is the most sophisticated AA they have ever done.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. In all seriousness it looked pretty amazing; there's more movement just in that 1/4 of the face than there are in entire figures on Pirates or CoP. Just, please, build it and maintain it properly.

Either way if they pull off something close to what was seen on there that will be Disney at its best. I really hope that was real and not CGI.
