I do not think that is possible on this site. No matter what is build for this project it will not be good enough for many that post here and Universal Studios would have done it better.
tis true. What's also true is TDO have to prove themselves with it. It's no longer assumed to be up to par just because it's WDW.

I actually think most people on this site are pretty balanced, there are just a vocal minority that tend to be at one extreme or the other. There are people who will hate everything Disney does and there are also people here who will automatically love everything Disney does.

I do not love Stitch/Laugh Floor in Tomorrowland. Nor the CoP in same. Nor TSI as an IP for the MK. Nor the location of Splash. And for that matter IaSW. I don't love Energy or Imagination in their current forms. No problems with the direction of DAK or, apparently, DHS. And Disney Springs is awesome.
So I guess I am in the "balanced" camp.

See I can not yet make a judgments on Disney Hollywood Studios, there is just not enough information known at this time.

We have come to expect better things from Universal in the last 10 years. Having said that, I think Radiator Springs Racers stands up pretty darn well to anything they've done at Universal. Disney is capable of doing great things, they just haven't been willing to do great things in Florida.
