85 days away, always gets to this point where on one hand I can't wait. But on the other I do not want to wish my summer away at the same time...

I just said that to my husband the other day. Kind of the problem with going in August. You want it to come fast but then that means the summer is almost over.

Wow, my dates our similar. I'm going to leave for Florida in 84 days, hang out with relatives, and head to Disney 4 days later.
Oh, phooeyCan't wait, August 19-28
I stay before that. It would have been nice to hang out a bit since we're good friends here on the forums.

I totally agree with you. I'm just going to try my best to really enjoy the summer and just let the anticipation build for our late-August trip. I figure that it gives me something to look forward to towards the end of summer.

Hi August Vacationers! I just ran into this club. This is great! We will be at BLT 17-23. A little bummed that they always seem to close some rides down in Aug. to refurbish. Will have to adjust.

We'll be at WDW in August, staying at the Polynesian. We are actually arriving on July 31st and leaving on the 14th August. It will be my husband, two teenage daughters and me. We haven't been to WDW since 2009, so are all really excited!
August wouldn't be our first choice, what with the heat and crowds, but we have to abide by school holidays!
We were lucky enough to get free dining, and these are the restaurants that we have booked:-
Ohana(breakfast and dinner)
Crystal palace (breakfast)
Kona Café
Coral Reef
Captain's Grille
Rose and Crown
Olivia's
Be Our Guest
We made ADRs a few times for Ohana and the Kona Café because we like them so much!
We will be celebrating our wedding anniversary while there, and may try to get lunch at Le Cellier, but not on the DP.
We may see some of you there!

Have a fabulous time, we love O'Hanna's and if we stayed longer would probably be doing the same as well visiting the place twice that is...Happy anniversary.
