Indy is good..but I am not going to say the Saints are not as great as everyone is sayng..I have Faith...and I just hope that this is the one instance that we were just not as ready as they were...

It was very frustrating last night and I know and they know that they are better then that..and I think they will show that to us all.

:D

I LOVE my boys!
I'm hoping that the Saints have already played their worst game of the season. They play Tampa next--that should make them look good.

Say what you want about my Peyton ( ), but as busy as he is with his turkey carving and commerical making, he still managed to find time for this:

Being from Indy and seeing what I saw last nite, which was 100,000 people downtown, a block from where I work and crammed on to streets that I walk every day, dressed in blue and supporting the Colts and the city of Indianapolis, I have to say it's hard to swallow when people say bad things about Peyton Manning or the Colts. Like them if you want or don't, but at least admit, Peyton, Coach Dungy and the whole team are a pretty classy bunch. They represent this city well, which is more than Atlanta can say right now about Michael Vick. Maybe they'll have another great year, maybe they won't, but either way, they deserved the celebration they got last nite. It was a great nite for the city of Indianapolis and I found it fitting that the Colts came out on top. :)
Manning and Dungy are both the epitome of class. A lot of people in the NFL could take a few lessons from these gentlemen. You may not like the Colts, but I don't see how someone cannot appreciate, respect, and like these two guys. It's not all about winning, it's also about how you conduct your life.

Very well said! Their faith and ethics (along with the owner's) definitely have a positive influence to the rest of the team, the NFL as a whole, and to their fans.

DisneyJill - glad to see another Colts fan joining in with me!

Peyton is a class act all the way. He still finds time to return to Tennessee for fundraisers for children and hospitals. He has given large donations to UT. And has been a great example for college athletes. We knew what a special person he was when he stood on that podium his junior year of college and announced that he would forego the NFL draft and return for his senior year of college because he wanted to enjoy the experience. I wish more college athletes felt that way.

Beside all that he makes great commercials. I wonder what he makes in endorsements.

Must've been Thanksgiving last night because Peyton carved up the Saints like a oven-baked turkey. Man, is Indy that good already or are the Saints not as good as everyone is hyping?

You do realize he was playing against Peyton Manning (maybe the best QB EVER) and Reggie Wayne...I was impressed with the fumble he forced.
Were you impressed as well with the touchdowns he allowed? I hope New Orleans is a lot better than what they showed Thursday night.

No, but our defense wasn't expected to be world beaters, and in the first half, they exceeded expectations. The offense sputtered and that's the main reason we lost.

I went out to the local Buffalo Wild Wings with my son today so we could watch the Pats-Jets game. I have to say, that was quite a performance put on by Randy Moss. It's been a while since I've rooted for him and man did it feel good today. Also, Wes Welker did a nice job with his TD reception. And of course Ellis Hobbs record Kick Return was amazing! When he started to run it out of the End Zone I thought he was crazy for not taking the Touchback. That has to be one of the times I've been happy I was wrong. I will say that I almost felt bad for the Bills fans there though... They had the lead pretty much all game except in literally the last second when the Broncos kicked a FG and won it 15-14.

/\ Yeah I know - if it weren't for John Lynch I would't have cared either way.

Well the Bills fans were excited all game because of how they were playing and how they had this lead against the Broncos. You should have heard the collective groan that went up when that FG went through at the end and seen the shocked looks on their faces. I should probably mention for those that don't know me... I live in Buffalo but I'm from Boston originally :D
