Well, Walt Disney Pictures' "Race to Witch Mountain" is being released on March 13th...

It's been a LONG time since I've seen the originals, so I don't know if "23" had a significance in them.
As for the 10th being a Tuesday, the typical day for DVD releases, I looked through the list of upcoming releases due on March 10th, and nothing popped out at me.

The only thing I saw was that Bolt is estimated for release sometime in March, but no set date.

Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland is to be released a year from then, March 2010. The white rabbit, Pookah, is labelled No. 23. (I did a mathematical paper a few years ago entitled Alice in Numberland).

Judging from the poster alone, my gut instinct is that it is not a movie poster. Can't say I've seen one in recent years that just says "Disney," if anything I would expect it to have Walt Disney Pictures. Now, the source said it came from Burbank, if it was at Team Disney, it could be anything, but if it is at the Studios, there is a higher chance it is for some sort of film production.
