AP rates extended to 12/24/11!

AP Rates have been extended for stay dates of 10/3/11 - 12/24/11, with the exclusion of 11/2311 - 11/25/11.

Book before 12/24/11 to take advantage of the following discounts:

Just sent an email to Pam and Marie....

However....according to the AP Site the dates are from 10/3 onwards. I hope it is a mistype on the Disney website and they fix it. I need to extend my GP stay (I have an AP) til 10/4 as I am there with a Checkout on 10/2 but the missed day of 10/2 between the promos is killing me.

Good catch. That was my mis-type. My apologies, I fixed it :)

Just got off the phone. They had to split my reservation [but posted a note that it's a "continuing stay"] and brought my stay down by a further $285!

AP rate is a wonderful thing! :king:

I just booked!!! I added an extra night, and still saved well over $200! We are coming down for the week prior to Christmas!! The wife and kids know we are coming down before Christmas, but think we will be staying off site. I was going to book the those days anyway, but now have one day earlier and saved some cash. I'm not sure how to surprise everyone, either tell them as we pull into Coronado Springs, or maybe drop them at a park, then go check in, then we could all ride the bus back together?

Each individual passholder can only book one room. There has to be a separate AP for each room booked [the APs can stay in the same room, but if you book three rooms, you'll need to show three APs at check-in].

Im very ed.. AP member booked at Port Orleans for October and they wont give me the rate.. they said i would have to stay at the Carribbean or Coronado..

That is not uncommon. POFQ and RS are the most popular moderate resorts. No real shock that they do not have any AP rate availability. Personally, I would switch over to Coronado.

Yep. AP rates are going fast at the most popular locations! When I checked online at around 3 pm, I could still book Pop Century for $360 for 4 nights in October with the AP rate. By the time I checked again at 7 pm, it was $480 for Pop or $360 for an All Star.

Guess the early bird does get the worm! Glad I got our CBR reservation changed already (although it looks like it won't be booking up as fast! :D) My son loves the slides at CBR in the main pool, so he'll be happy!

AP rate goes until 12/24. Is it still priced night by night, or any luck if I book 12/24 that the discount will carry through the Christmas Week like in the days of old?

It will! I just priced one out from the 24-31st. :)

Edited to say - Oops! I didn't pay attention to the room rates. The night of the 24th is discounted and the nights after that go back up to rack rate. So sorry for the bad info.
