• Jim Hill and the internet echo chamber: Definitely Poppins carousel.
  
• Martin: Poppins is in the mix, but not the top contender.
• Spirit: Definitely not Poppins.

Nothing less than a D ticket should be considered for a WS pavilion IMO. Go big or go home.

Personally I like the lower ticket attractions in WS. It's nice being able to ride Gran Fiesta Tour without dealing with massive crowds. Same for Maelstrom (RIP). I think it makes it a more cohesive experience than it would be if people were racing through WS to get to the E-Tickets, ignoring the details around them.

Maelstrom would have been an E Ticket...D ticket at the least... Same with Garn Fiesta Tour...despite what we think about it...In this decade's Disney, a lower ticket attraction is a film, meet and greet, or spinner...no more. than that... I think they need to do at least a D ticket for World Showcase Additions. Spinners and meet and greets are a total cop out.
