News Announced: Mary Poppins Attraction in UK Pavilion

Jim Hill is saying it is going to be a Mary Poppins carousel amidst a park with a Cherry Tree Lane facade. Wasn't the carousel shot down by insiders here?

It'd be kind of disappointing to just have a big iron bell in the middle of the pavilion. But if they added Elizabeth Tower with it, it would be quite stunning.
