I didn’t realise the U.K. pavilion was meant to have a ride. What was that going to be?

Not to mention Italy was going to have an attraction (not ride) at the back of the pavilion which would have doubled it’s size.

Yeah, I was thinking of the ruins. I thought the gondola ride was discarded first and replaced with the Roman temple / ruins.

1982 UK was going to be a Vaudeville theatre inside a Crystal Palace, though it was cut way before opening (or construction)

The boat ride was a mid 80s proposal

Roman Ruins walk through was proposed for Italy

I don’t know much when it comes to building a theme park, but I bet they are going to wish they had a “B” or a “C” to offset Rat when it opens here in a few...

i think the poppins experience could be built in time for Epcot 40th anniversary especialy if it is not a big ride.

In theory, Frozen should offset Rat (not necessarily in popularity) but as far as proximity in World Showcase. Should help spread some of the crowds.

Was just thinking since we have 2 major attractions in World Showcase. Both on opposite sides of the lagoon. What is the middle going to be like? Shouldn’t there be a major ride in the middle to balance it out?
