Universal is much more apt for Wonka to be there than Disney. I actually wouldn't be surprised in Wonka came to Universal.

I'm cool with either location. Just someone build it already!Universal is much more apt for Wonka to be there than Disney. I actually wouldn't be surprised in Wonka came to Universal.
Yes, the last image is indeed a shame. It's too late my friend, things have been going downhill fast after the 60th anniversary.
IMO, Willy Wonka is a creepy book written by a creepy man which got made into two creepy movies. Feh on it.
Probably the new UK attraction WILL be based on Brave, because that's just our luck and this is TDO we're talking about. 'Cause a princess! And the movie won an Oscar back when Pixar could do no wrong! Never mind that the movie is full of visually unattractive characters and was a rip-off of Brother Bear. It will definitely be Brave, because good ideas and good taste are woefully lacking at TDO of late. Now I'm off to book my next trip to Disneyland while it's still worth visiting (Star Wars/Marvel haven't taken over the place completely yet.)
Back to the OP, maybe they'll be brave with the UK pavilion. Maybe they won't...
*Very* recent. And somewhat of a twisted placement. But it dovetailed with Goldblum's character. Sort of an intergalactic Wonka.Funny, a very recent Disney movie featured "Pure Imagination."
Yeah, I really liked Paradise Pier for what it is, with some more investments it could have been amazing. And California Screamin' just needed a proper refurb, not a lazy overlay.Yes, the last image is indeed a shame.

I don't think it ever really was.Whoahhhh..........the teasing! Poppins back on?
I'll still be in denial that the practically perfect in every way IP for this pavilion is being paid dust again.

I wonder if it’s because it’s such a minor attraction compared to all the other big news items we got that they’re just not wanting it to get lost in all that. Other possibilities I’ve thought of: maybe they want to bundle it with news about the other changes we’re expecting for Epcot. Or maybe they just haven’t finalized plans yet for the UK so there isn’t anything solid to announce at this time. I’m dying to know what it is though. Hopefully we hear something soon! For such a minor attraction, there is so much secrecy
We knew much more about recent E tix and such years before
Why so coy with this one?

Well at this rate 3/4 of the attractions will be themed to Pixar IPs (Ratatouille and possibly Coco and Brave), so at the very least it could be a Inside forum joke! They want the announcement of Brave to be part of the big reveal of the complete re-design of World Showcase: Pixar Lagoon!
