Yeah, well.....we could do w/ acting a little more like your hubby. Although after all the crap I went through just to finally get this set in solid granite, I'm past the point of caring how much it's costing. Throw in a wand and several pints of butterbeer, and I will be very happy this summer. :lol:

And sometimes I wish mine wasn't so "cost effective." Although I do think I may have him convinced to try a moderate next time we go down together for a two of us trip...which, scarily enough, I don't think will be until 2012...and I'm thinking, if what we're talking about currently for our family life (which can change, of course) I may have to change my touring habits...OMG...scary thought!!!

Seeing as how we're currently owed..get this...close to $10,000 from Marc's company for LAST year's trip, this coming Vegas Trip and the coming Disney trip?? And add to that the stress of packing up, unpacking, repacking, making Anastasia shuttle back and forth between grandparents, then yanking her out of school when she's missed so much due to snow this year?? UGH. Just so not looking forward to it. Not to mention the 8 some hours we're going to be spending on an airplane.

And what is this??? Changing your family life?? Hrrm???

Including tax, it came to around $370/night. Which I know is a lot, but even if you stay one night, you would get express pass privileges for two days. :shrug: We're on the HP package though, so I don't know if that's discounted or not. You have to stay a minimum of 3 nights on that package, and we're staying 6. Theme park tickets came to another 600....our package avg was 730/person for room and tickets.

Hrm.. that's a wee bit more that we'd probably spend for Universal. Marc thinks Universal is for Hoodlums and Nitwits. I wonder what the non-club level ones go for?

I'm sure! I bet it's nice to have the relief off your back. I know how it feels when your plans change and you have to get it all planned as quickly as possible to get the best deals and to make sure you get what you want. I've been there before.

I'm sure the butterbeer and wand will be the perfect antidote!

He went to City Walk one trip with his parents before we got married and it was late and loud and there was a lot of clubbing and such. Plus is just not as "magical" and too much like Six Flags for his taste. Roller Coasters and such. :shrug:
