There is a lot of issues arising about the validity of the phone voting, i for one think that there is more to this show than all of us just voting, but that is just me, a pessimist.

Anywho, I really enjoyed Kelly and Nikki last night (go Nikki, good for her) I think Tamyra really did a lousy job, sorry it was not the best. I really think Justin is letting all this fame get to him, seems conceited....I would laugh if he was voted of tonight.

In all, gooooooooooo Kelly!

By the way, Simon said on a show backstage that Justin's dancing looked like that of a person who was retarded.

Well, the final 10 are all on tour together at the end of the show. It may not even matter who actually wins however it’s decided at this point…

BTW, is everyone watching right now? I am. :rolleyes:

Yes but you were watching so there was no point to my update… I’m surprised at the results. We already know that Tamyra has been one of the top voted for up to this point. She’s always had at least two people below her in votes where Nikki’s been on the bottom rung for a month now. I thought there might actually be loyalty that would carry over to a slightly off night and considering she chose songs that required much more vocal range than Nikki’s choices, I figured it would be Nikki and Justin in the bottom two with Nikki getting the boot.

Wow- MAJOR upset tonight! But I think we will see more of her in the future. She's good. Somebody will want her.

I hope this means Kelly will win :D

I really think it is no doubt that Kelly will win.

And I think that Simon's record company will have Tamayra signed up for a record deal by the end of the week. Did anyone catch the wink he gave her? yeah, there is no way that she will not get signed.

and I will definatly buy her music. :)

I read an article in which the people in charge of the whole shebang hinted that the top 5 would each leave with some kind of deal.

I heard about the war dialer. That's probably how R.J. got so far.

Last night, American Idol disappointed me for the second time. Now that Tamyra is gone I want to see Kelly win. If Justin wins I feel that my time was wasted.

We thought that's what he said but we weren't sure. So we rewound and his lips are saying "space" which makes no sense! We watched it a few more times and sure enough- unless he puts his lips together to make an F sound- Space. Which makes absolutely no sense. You know what? Simon is cute when he's being nice. :lol:


And I agree, if Justin wins I will be disappointed- he is good but Kelly is so much better, and I am kind of sick of him already. John is still calling him Sideshow Bob.

Yeah, I was at a friend's watching S*x In The City and John taped AI for me.

I should add, we didn't watch the whole SHOW multiple times, just Simon to figure out he just said

Yeah, you know sometimes in response to the audience he puts his fist to his heart and gives a little bow with his head- then he REALLY looks the part!

But what can I say-- the girls love the 'do.

I just saw it again in a blurb and it does sound like this “space”… maybe he said space and meant face. I mean, it is live and when I’m talking to someone, the wrong word comes out at the last minute when I rethink what I’m saying as it’s coming out of my mouth. Anyone know what I mean? :)
