Should beer and wine be available at table service restaurants at Disneyland Park?

Yes, they have (whether or not the wine played a significant part is another matter). And again, I have no problem with people ordering wine at a venue such as Blue Bayou.
Isn't that what we're talking about here? Alcohol at the Magic Kingdom is at table-service dining exclusively. Presumably Disneyland would be the same model.

Disney should go all the way and remove smoking areas from within the parks entirely. There can be smoking areas in the rest of the resort but not where children are present. It's not like the smoke stops at the smoking area ropes. Smoke and BO are such a winning combination to stand behind in line.

But but...Walt (probably) smoked in the park!! We have to preserve that legacy!

i feel the more relevant question should be, "why are alcoholic beverages not served?"

as we're all well aware, twdc is publically traded profit driven enterprise - even more obvious is the fact that serving alcohol at destinations to which people already flock is literally an effective get-rich-quick scheme.

I’d rather this than dividing up individual days into multiple tickets in the same spots...that’s like “jersey shore” tactics...

But of course...we get both.

He was a fiend...I bet “hide it” was ducking behind a bush while his posse made a human shield around him
Disney corporation hide it. Walt would always wonder around Disneyland pointing with two fingers like that.

My comments are largely in response with opinions that Disneyland should have alcohol much more freely available than table service and much harder than wine. Sorry-- I tend to veer away from that point, but--honestly, I'm not a prude. Much.

Even for the Tower of Terror preshow, they removed the cigarette from Rod Serling's hand.
In the future, everything will be photoshopped out of everything and we'll all be watching blank screens and sit quietly so we don't offend anyone by showing anything historically accurate. (Kidding -- I'm actually am in favor of removing cigarette references from Disney park attractions. But I still want pirates to act like pirates on a pirates ride! :D)

Is this the origin of the two finger point for CMs?
Pretty much.

"In a conversation The Huffington Post had with a current Disney employee, the employee claimed that the parks require their workers to do all pointing with two fingers. (The employee wished to remain anonymous due to not being authorized to speak to the media.)
The action is seemingly innocuous at first, but it’s apparently a murky tribute to Walt Disney’s smoking habits — with the company side-stepping around the reason as to why the icon pointed that way."

I thought it had to do with pointing with a single finger in some cultures is offensive.

However that doesn't explain why two fingers, cause giving the two finger salute in the UK means something completely different:
