I really like Micheal Buble'. It's a shame though... Sligh had a lot of potential with this one. I curious to see how Gina does though.

If it's standards, Gina would do well to listen to Carly Simon's version of "I Get Along Without You Very Well" which was orchestrated like a rock song, without sacrificing the beautiful melody. Or Bette Midler's version of "Skylark" or "You Don't Know Me."

I haven't been sure about the guys since they narrowed it to 24. Blake could do "Steppin Out" and do it well. The rest will probably be boring. Unless Sanjaya styles his hair to look like a top hat.

I am beginning to rethink Sanjaya's marketability. He definitely has the teenybopper fan base. There is a LOT you can do in a studio. I can see if they play up his prettiness, produce a few dolls/lunchboxes/bedcovers, and give him something bubblegummy to perform, he could stick around for a while.

If you think about it there are quite a few prominent pop stars who really aren't great singers.

And if that doesn't work, there is always Crying Girl
