ABC Commissary Changes

I like being able to get the Chicken Curry - with rice at the ABC Commissary.
It's something different when you are tired of hamburgers and pizza.

I hope they keep it.

DHS is my least favorite park to eat in. I haven't had a decent meal at any of the counterservice restaurants in years. At least Starring Rolls has some decent sandwiches.

God bless the "Ignore" button.
I have to say that I am not a fan of this place.. The only thing I think is rather strange is naming the food after the shows....I wonder if during the 1990 TGIF Era they had funnier food names...for example

Perfect Strangers Chicken & Fish
Full House Club Sandwich
Family Matters BLT
Step by Step The Salad
Look! I can do it too!

Grey's Anatomy Hamburger
Ugly Betty Meatloaf
Better Off Ted Linguine

TV Show + Food DOES NOT = joke.
I never cared much for the Commissary. Last time I ate there I got sick, I'm pretty sure from a hamburger.
Also, I'm never at DHS early enough for breakfast anyways. It's a sleep-in-and-head-over-around-noon kind of park.

Personally I don't have a problem with the Commissary. In actual fact, we always go there. I prefer the counter service one next to HISTK, can't remember the name of it though.

Their pulled pork subs are really good.

I really liked the Curry Chicken at the ABC Commissary. Unique and good for table service.

Otherwise the food there seemed forgettable (although I never tried the much loved Cuban sandwich).

I think that DHS has the worst options for quick service of all the parks...

My very favorite quick services is probably the Flame Tree BBQ at AK. Great food at a (surprisingly) fair price. Yum!!

Probably thinking of Studio Catering Co. Not too bad (had a decent wrap there), although we prefer Backlot Express for a better variety.

Ate at the Commissary but can't really say whether we liked it or not -- just popped in and out for a quick bite. I suppose that means it was forgettable.

Unfortunately, I'd say most people don't care for anything adventurous in the way of food. As such, get prepared to be inundated with bland and monotous food choices all over the World (except maybe for WS)

If looking at what people support out in the regular world, then from those choices I wish WDW would add to the counter service offerings inside the parks:

1. Fried chicken like at Hoop-De-Do
2. Buffalo wings
3. Taco Bell type food
(El Pirata y El Perico/EPCOT's Cantina aren't the same)
4. A doughnut shop like Krispy Kreme, Dunkin Donuts, or Tim Hortons
5. Subway type place with a variety of subs
6. An Arby's type roast beef place
7. Real pizza

Shopping malls seem to have more variety that what's inside the parks.
Maybe.

So true I can walk into the local mall and see more of a variety of food, so depressing, I remember when Disney actually had good food, excellent waiters and it was fun finding something to eat, now its boring and extremely poor quality over all, like the sauce I had on my pasta at Tony's looked like thinned out tomato soup and nothing like pasta sauce, oh well. Just more money I won't be spending in the parks.
