No...fake land created for a character = IP based.

Haven’t we been here before?? Fictitious Epcot countries again?

Everyone should let it breathe. It’s a tragic loss and one that is resonating. But give it time. Life will go on as it always has before we talk pavilions...

And in case anyone hasn’t seen it...watch this clip.

Well, you convinced me.

Denzel Washington needs a WS pavilion.

Big Hero, geographically, is in California.
But it is anime or manga based. Would have just as much to do with Japan as Frozen (Arendelle) has with Norway.

Why is Pandora in this list?
The poster said he wanted actual cultures in EPCOT/AK. Pandora is a fictional world/creatures in AK. Similar to Guardians and Frozen in EPCOT.

I think you're talking about Galaxy Edge attractions not using Star Wars characters.... ;)
Lol, I see what you did there.

Then it won’t be tough in the future to pick which park you go to each day. magic kingdom 1,2,3 or 4?
Just keep adding compelling rides/attractions. The parks are all fictional to a point: Fairytales, Movies and Sci-Fi...even AK falls into this.

The reason to diversify the themes in the first place was to guard against stagnation or change in tastes.

It’s good business and Bob iger’s tanning bed wont keep him alive forever.

So Pixar, marvel and frozen will be a draw forever? That’s a certainty?

The parks are diversified. EPCOT and AK are very different from MK and DHS. DHS and MK are starting to cross-over now that DHS is no longer attempting to be about being "in the movie" or "making the movie" and instead is immersing you in the story (like MK).

No, but Pixar, Marvel and Frozen are popular now. So, make SOME changes, get the $, and then be able to upgrade and add new stuff in the future when Pixar, Marvel and Frozen aren't in fashion. Let's be honest, the classic Disney characters are fading into the background, to nostalgia and legend vs. being popular today.

That “diversity” is borrowing from the past while moving towards eliminating it. We seem to be actively desensitizing ourselves from it.

It’s moot anyway...they won’t spend money on capex of significance for 10 years...the “circle” is rolling on.

A man of seemingly real faith in God found in Hollywood! Amazing.

More like Toy Story, Avengers, And Frozen.

Seriously, they can’t keep milking this stuff forever. I grew up with Toy Story, but at this point, the sight of it now irritates me with how frequently they rely on it.

The only IP that they should forever rely on is Mickey Mouse because he was designed to be this Everyman character they can slot into different roles.

Jungle Cruise. That’ll be the next target.
Well, they did change this scene.

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
So if we're talking about reskinning an "At risk" attraction, I genuinely can't think of anywhere to put Wakanda. MK is out, for obvious reasons. Animal is most likely, seeing as they can kinda pull a Pandora
Take Tower of Terror and Rockin' Roller Coaster's area... Shove it over there in the park I already care least about now.
