Even the new comparative pricing is cheap. Despite the top tier one being considerably more expensive (150 Euros for those last couple days) you also get PhotoPass, Special Entrance, Special Parking, and Special viewing area along with all the other perks.

More compelling than the domestic ones.

I also feel like Walt Disney World should rename its program to "Pass Annuel." We'd all be so cultured! ;)

I get that they want to keep some things a surprise, but just showing banshees on the screen doesn't make me want to go. Seeing people ride the attraction (banshee or boat) would help people understand what Disney is adding to the park.
It gives me the feeling that it may be RoL part 2 in terms of delays. From what I have seen, they havent released anything aside form art work and CGI. Have they even showed what the boats will look like?

The project is already months behind schedule. Disney just didn't advertise what they told the contractors.

Okay, I had to watch the preview videos again. Just this quick snippet of the River Journey ride makes me really excited to ride it.

Allegedly a 58% fall in searches for flight from the UK to USA post Trump. It should be noted the article goes in with the trump angle and not the poor pound to dollar...but interesting figures that are relevant to WDW.

"... flight demand to the US dropped in 94 of 122 countries"

"Net bookings to the US are down by 6.5% (excluding China), according to Forward Keys. "

Bad news for WDW's finances...but hopefully it'll force them to work harder to entice people (and I have to queue less this spring :) )

Don't worry - Disney will merely cut staff and with the park at 50% capacity it will STILL feel like NYE crowd wise.

That's not really a bad thing. I wish the ride was longer, but not every attraction can be an E ticket. As long as the attraction doesn't have capacity issues like Frozen, it should be okay. :)

For the 2-3 billion rumored to have been spent on 'Iger's Potter Swatter' it should be bursting at the seams with E-tickets...

No I will not be visiting it anytime soon.

Brave and maybe Big Hero Six are the only Disney or Pixar films that have won Best Animated Feature that were "undeserved" IMHO. I mean, you can always make cases were one film "should have" won over another, but I think it's probably more important that they film that does win isn't an unreasonable choice and has a solid resume for being deserving.

If Finding Dora had won, there would have been a good case for it going to a movie/studio just because of name recognition.
Still annoyed that Wreck It Ralph lost to Brave.

My 2 favorite animated features in the last few years are "Song of the Sea", and "The Little Prince". Sometimes it's nice to go outside the Disney bubble and watch a film that may not fit what is expected in a animated film.
As a huge lover of seals, I need to check out "Song of the Sea" sometime. How often do you get an animated film that focuses on seals outside of them mostly being background or supporting characters?
