Perhaps the craptastic Launch Bay... which will have been operating for a minimum of 5 years IF opening day happens on schedule.

Ive seen better sets done by our High School drama club.

There is NO excuse for the poor production values except that Todays Disney thinks they can get away with them. If thats the case why should WDW SWL be any better?

Disney has EVERY Star Wars prop st Skywalker Ranch and this is the best a global conglomerate can come up with

Puhleeze....

How many times do I have to say this? LOL. Launch Bay and the temporary offerings should not be viewed as what they can and will do with Star Wars Land. Are you ignoring the concept art? It's nothing like that. I understand some of your reservations on things but this shouldn't be one of them. I don't know why you keep insisting these offerings will have any bearing on how the land will look.

It's claims like these that have your actual valid points get lost.

I think what they offer now is lame and of course they could do better. I'm not excusing it but I have no doubts SWL will look fantastic.

I have seen it and was underwhelmed... I have a feeling that the Disneyland version will be great, but the DHS version will include all the hallmark budget cuts that TDO is known for....In the end we will get something that is nice but not what it could or should have been.
California gets Carsland...We get Toy Story Lame, I mean Land...

There has been nothing to suggest this will be the case...

SWL on both coasts will be similar enough in quality to not matter much when they both open. The question will be how long WDW will pay to keep the streetmosphere interactive entertainment on the payroll? Even the non-CM portion (droids and such) will have a hit on the continued operational costs that my fear will be they will be the first to go in Florida. Cue up excuses of "Florida's weather is too temperamental" or "the Land is just too busy" etc., etc. The actual Land's rides/infrastructure will be very similar for both.

I've been busy since returning from a week in Orlando (and didn't have a piece of the monorail fall on me) and will eventually share my thoughts soon on the state of the State. Things are better in general with more projects in motion; but, underneath the veneer of "newness" still lingers the malaise of management and operations that make me fearful of how long the lofty aspirations of SWL interactivity will fall into the TDO rut of "good enough".

Still... Pandora and HEA were very nice indeed.

WDW's Launch Bay is significantly better than DL's, and the land itself is expected to be more encompassing in Florida since it doesn't have to deal with DL's sight lines and space issues. So this is one case where, like Splash Mt. And HM, Florida's version will probably be better.

That is my concern. How long will Disney maintain the streetmosphere needed to sell the concept? They can barely keep entertainment operating in the MK, the Most Visited Park on Earth (R).

No it won't. We've had multiple people state the lands will be identical.

I love Rey to pieces (bought a costume for Halloween last year, probably going to use it again this year), but I also prefer Rogue One to TFA. R1 gets an A+ from me, but TFA has now sunk to somewhere between a B- and a B.

I still wish the Solo movie wasn't happening, but I trust Ron Howard. He's been with Lucas (and Lucasfilm) for decades.

Go watch Rush. A+ movie (which got robbed of an Academy Award nomination, probably thanks to the Academy's love of American Hustle that year).
Rush and Apollo 13 were very good. But you cant beat the charisma of the actors of Apollo 13.

Now imagine that you were a Star Trek fan...
Pretty sure that a lot of people have voiced their opinions about him...
