The statement that PP is not in the public domain in the UK is false precisely because derivative works are not copyrighted in the UK.
It's only the play that's in play for being protected in the UK (and in the US for a while longer). The character himself is public domain in the UK (and everywhere else).
Most of the toilets? You lose any hope of people listening when you exaggerate to this extreme. Do I think it's possible or even likely that you saw a toilet that overflowed? Sure. Is it possible you saw a stall with no TP? Sure. Is it likely or even possible that most of the stalls had overflowing toilets and no TP? No. Not possible. You can be critical without creating fantasy doomsday scenarios. Here's the thing. A single toilet overflowing or missing TP that isn't corrected in a timely manner is still a problem. You don't have to grossly exaggerate things to make a point.
So since this is a WDW set of forums, maybe it's time to move on here as well, since you're done visiting WDW?
What times of the year would this be? Want to avoid it to!Wait.
This is a known issue between groups of CP rotations.
When I visited in 2015, every restroom in every park was filthy. It was so bad, I stopped at Epcot's Guest Relations to complain. RRs at MK, Epcot, Studios, and DAK looked and smelled like Port-o-Potties. We're talking poop in the middle of the floor. That's the photo I showed to GR. It was unbelievable.
Visits in 2016 and 2017 were fine.
Edit: Full-time janitorial devices are unionized and work very specific onstage-offstage shifts. This is why you don't see constant attendants or sweepers like long ago, and why the restrooms temporarily suffer in the weeks between CP groups and training. I try to avoid WDW during those times because I know food service, attractions, and sanitation will be subpar.

Would be better for everyone if he just went quietly into the night. No explanation needed.Just like on The Other Forums, when has that ever stopped people? You have to post on EVERY thread to let everybody know that you aren't going back and exactly why
Wait.

It's generally when the spring/summer and summer/fall semesters change. What times of the year would this be? Want to avoid it to!
Interesting point. I would assume that would be in August when the summer program ends and the fall program starts, January when they cut over from fall to spring programs and May when the spring program cuts over to summer. I thought they might have some other CP members who overlap those times as well, but it makes sense there could be a dip in quality as new CMs come on board and are trained. I was at WDW in August 2015 and didn't notice any more of an issue than usual but it was the end of August so maybe the transition was already complete. I have noticed that quality has slipped in the past decade or so compared to the past, but I've never seen multiple toilet overflowing and poop on the floors. If I saw that I would most likely not return. At the prices they charge I expect much higher quality than that. Did they change something with the CP or with janitorial services in general in 2016/2017 that has helped with quality?Wait.

They sure have. Too bad people cling to the same narrative.
That was actually just part of their tie in with the original Trainspotting, right after Disney bought Miramax. Synergy! The last time i visited parks there was no TP and most of the toilets were overflowing onto the floor.
I once saw two groups of cast members get into an all out brawl over who got to sweep up a piece of popcorn in Epcot. It was Jets vs. Sharks all over again, brooms swinging, dustpans flying, guys snapping in time to the beat...I certainly don't expect perfection but there are clearly times when it's not taken care of that well. And it's a shame too because I often see castmembers in groups tripping over each other to clean the same trash can.
Ok awesome I visit in April! It's generally when the spring/summer and summer/fall semesters change.
But did they kick their legs up?I once saw two groups of cast members get into an all out brawl over who got to sweep up a piece of popcorn in Epcot. It was Jets vs. Sharks all over again, brooms swinging, dustpans flying, guys snapping in time to the beat...
It was part of the overall rise in operations.Interesting point. 'improve' is a relative thing though. They are improved compared to their lower points in the 00s... but not improved to catch up with their own past or beyond that.
Absolutely, they were a pretty rough crowd...But did they kick their legs up?
