I get how they are setting it up, I'm more interested in how they are able to use the NHL based on the contract with NBC.

Contracts contrary to popular belief are not chiseled in stone and handed to the parties by god, They are subject to modification (with compensation) if both parties agree on terms.

You're cherry picking the few things he got wrong (and even then, he probably wasn't wrong at the time). He was the first one on the internet to reveal the entire attraction lineup for Shanghai DL for example, or that Tower of Terror in DCA was going bye-bye. I think he was even the first to reveal Frozen replacing Maelstrom.

When I said, and I quote, "which isn't always right", that implied he got some things right. My point was that he also got some things wrong and I gave examples of it.

Cherry-picking would be if I used those examples of when he was wrong to generalize that he got everything wrong, which is not what I did at all. Very plain to see that.

Nope - But he is pretty well known in the entertainment industry,

ROFL.

Him? Nope. Semi-Adjacent to? Sort of, but he has said as much in his postings before.

That's why he's on a first name basis with Eisner.

I'm a nobody. An absolute nobody. But because of various circumstances, I too could drop a few household names I am "on a first name basis with" because I went to school with their kids. ;)

Good. They might get me back as a Passholder once this park opens and we finally get Nintendo. Everything else they're doing right now is lame except the Harry Potter coaster. Might make one trip for that next year.

So its true that they have cancelled Nintendo for the Studios? I saw that in an article about the purchase but wasn't sure if it was true or not, as you can never tell with those regular media articles who don't know that Pandora or Potter isn't a "theme park".
