Walt Disney Animation is giving the staff a “Day of Listening” on Thursday February 1. Kim Masters reports that John’s pretty much toast, but Disney management wants to first check with the staff to see if he could come back. Pete Doctor and one, possibly two, Directors like Andrew Stanton or Byron Howard or Jennifer Lee could serve in the Chief Creative Officer role for the two studios.

I had that happen just a few hours ago. Funny how if you start searching resort availability for 5 days or more the chat icon will sometimes slide in even when they are "busy"

It's perplexing. It's like calling a help desk and just getting the busy signal.*

*Kids, a busy signal was a noise you'd here when you called someone who was already on the phone.

EDIT: Still haven't had the opportunity to get in line to chat. Been trying off and on all evening.

SECOND EDIT: I tried to pretend I was booking 3 weeks in a Wilderness Lodge cabin and still nothing!
