Yeah, the porthole is pretty cool! I liked it a lot

I would say somewhat in the middle. Yes, it was VERY rocky (at one point, everything that was on the upper shelves/desk were pitched to the ground from a wave). But I always had faith in the captain. And I seriously need to get over to the DIS!

I posted this in the Ingalls thred too, but we just had the neatest Halloween. Since some of the towns that were hard hit by the storm had to cancel or reschedule Halloween, many families brought their kids up here to trick-or-treat. Our street was just full of little kids - too cute!
Our neighbor had a fog machine going to add to the atmosphere - it was really a fun night!

We trick or treated at my parents - no downed power lines. Rumor has it a tree split a house in two near my old elementary school. We still have no power, limited cell/Internet and my office/the kids school is closed - but no property damage which has just been devastating in some areas. We may have lost the boat but at least we are ok. We really need that Disney trip in 9 days!!!!

Thanks for checking in - I was worried. My son still has no power, but he had to work yesterday (no power there either) cleaning up.

BTW, I posted your zombie countdown in the other thread for you.

No I've missed the Halloween candy!! Typical!

We had no knocks on our door for Halloween! :D

Evening all, it's Bonfire night on Monday but with this being the closest weekend people are having parties now, the air is filled with Bonfire smoke it's disgusting! My poor dog won't go in the garden for a wee as he is scared of fireworks :(

Hope all is well with everyone else xx

ouch i'm sorry. I have a problem where the smell makes me sick :( its sad because i try and go to the ones at my school and stuff, but its so hard. :(

Another night of fireworks! Enough already! Dog even more wound up than last night! This doesn't quite have the same appeal as 'Wishes'!
