Happy Thanksgiving.
Sorry to be a downer, it has been a terrible few weeks, the child we were raising to adopt for the last 15 months has been removed and placed in another home becuase of his need for a therapy house. We are completely beside our selves. He had hoped to adopt him in a few months.

I went shopping today...not totally by choice...my daughter works for a major retailer and never really gets to "experience" the Black Friday shopping from a "fun" perspective...she worked until 3:00 a.m. took a nap then came over here and we went to the mall :O Fortunately the early birders were gone and it was fairly relaxing.

Well, as each day passes by, things are getting a little easier to take. We have a meeting on Monday with the case worker to discuss everything.
I am sorry to have been a downer, I didn't have anyone to talk with and it was lonely here. It is Thanksgiving time frame and want to say I am thankful for you all, my "crazy" Disney friends that lets me moan about my life, until the Windex is brought out.

Yay for bargains. I did some online shopping today too. Ordered the wentire doc martin series for Dave for Christmas. We love that show = so quirky!

Hi Betty, I didn't know Doc Martin was shown in the states!
Ive never watched it properly and it's too many seasons in for me to watch now, one day I'll buy the box set ans start from the beginning! I love Martin Clunes he's such a funny actor!
