2010: Year of the Muppets?

I love the muppets! I think that there should be an entire section of DHS devoted to the Muppets! They should turn Pizza Planet or Mama Melrose into the resturant with the Rats. Also a ride with the Muppets would be awesome, and maybe they can even Update or Completely change Muppet Vision.

Also, Don't you be messing with my Pepe, okaayy. :D

I am sure that most of you would rather Pepe than Stitch at this point lol

The Muppet Movie Ride was going to be exactly that. A seperate dark ride that was a parody of TGMR.

Actually I would kind of prefer an original story with the muppets playing themselves except maybe with a twist like a period setting. Sort of like Great Muppet Caper.

Segel has a great passion for the Muppets, and is an incredibly funny man. he'll do it right.

I read somewhere that the Muppets have all gone their separate ways. Gonzo is a superhero(I've heard Segel is trying to get Christian Bale to do a Batman cameo for this sequence), Fozzie is a stand up comedian, etc.

Ooh, sounds great so far! I really do hope this gives the muppets the reboot they need.

Yeah! I love that idea the Muppets doing the Disney Vacation Planning DVD.. Can you Imagine Janice telling you were to stay! I'm sold! and Maybe I can ordered the Disney Vacation Planning DVD Aweeeeeeeesome!

exactly. segel is on record saying that he wants to go back to the original classic muppet storyline. he doesn't want anything to be too crazy, like muppets in space, muppets underwater, muppets out west, etc. supposedly segel will star, along with many cameos, and be on the search to reunite the muppets to save an old muppet theatre.

he is an incredibly funny guy, and as others have stated, a huge fan of the muppets, so this project is in good hands. him and nick stoller, the director, have written four or five drafts of the movie already and submitted them all to disney. supposedly they are awaiting the final word from disney to start production, which they say is taking longer because of all the rights involved, toys, merchandise, etc.

After reading that Jim Hill article about the restaurant and the GMMR, I was so angry. That is exactly what DHS needs, not the American Idol Experience.

P.S. However if Paula really left than maybe that show can finally die:sohappy:... after the three more seasons they are signed on for:brick:.
