Yesterdays game was a game we should have won..to lose against the Bucs of all teams when we were 17 ahead is just unacceptable.

We need to focus and get our heads back in the game and play like the great team we are.

I believe we can do it and have faith.

I know many Saints "fans" gave up on them yesterday but that is not what a real fan does..you support and cheer your team on no matter what.

We are 13-2..that is amazing..and I know that if we do what needs to be done and what we have shown that we can do then we can go all the way!

I have faith and I still believe!..:D

Geaux Saints!

As for the Colts...they gave up..kinda like the Pats did when they played us..you never give up and walk away..you play to the end no matter what.

Wow.....the Saints....
Seriously? The Bucs?

I am not really all that suprised that the Bucs beat the Saints. In the NFL any team can beat any other team on any given day. So I don't get all that surprised when a 3-10 team beats a 10-3 or when a 1-5 team beats a 5-1 team or when a 1-11 team beats an 11-1 team and so on.

Since the Cowboys beat the Redskins and since the Panthers beat the Giants the Cowboys have clinched a playoff spot :sohappy::sohappy::sohappy:

Next week it's the Cowboys playing the Eagles. The Cowboys can win the division if they beat the Eagles. The Eagles will win the division if they either beat or tie the Cowboys.

The Cowboys also have a chance of getting a first round bye. This is what needs to happen for the Cowboys to get a first round bye.

1. The Bears need to beat the Vikings tonight and the Giants need to beat the Vikings on Sunday.

2. The Packers need to beat or tie the Cardinals on Sunday.

3. The Cowboys need to beat the Eagles on Sunday.

Just goes to show you why they say "any given Sunday" and why games are played on the field and not on paper. Sunday's loss to the Bucs was inexcusable, embarrassing, and terrible. There is no reason for a 13-1 team, playing at home, with a 17 point lead, and playing for homefield advantage to just choke like that in the second half.

I've been optimistic and apologetic over the past month because of injuries, etc, but it's undeniable that the fire, determination, and perfection just aren't there anymore. As terrible as our makeshift defense is right now, they only gave up 10 points. Our #1 offense should have scored more than 0 points in the second half.

Now, back to optimism and black and gold colored glasses, we are 13-2, have a first round bye, and Drew Brees is our QB. Our starting corner should be returning next week, Jeremy Shockey is recovering from turf toe, and Reggie Bush's proverbial lightbulb seems to have finally "clicked". We have 3 weeks to wake up from our slump and play mistake-free, perfect playoff football. We're gonna need our best efforts against rising teams like Philly and Dallas if and when we face them.

We need to show improvement against Carolina for four quarters like we did today against Tampa in the first quarter.

Geaux Saints! Looking forward to catching the game at the ESPN Club next Sunday after a LSU victory in the Citrus Bowl!

Edit: It may just be that I'm looking for a way to deal with today's loss, but I think the way Indy handled their game today could lead to trouble down the road. I think it sends the wrong message to the team to just shut it down midgame when it was still very much in doubt. It's never good to lose and even worse to "give up."

You should have heard VP Bill Polian defend the reasoning of yanking players on his weekly show. They wanted the record of longest regular season wins and most wins of the decade but 16-0 meant nothing.i say wouldnt a chance for immortality have been something the players not just the fans wanted? indy fans are mostly outraged by the lay down and die attitude and you could tell players were upset too.Pro Bowl center Jeff Saturday was furious but when he spoke to media he just said he doesn't play to lose.

Die hard fan but this was wrong and with the Colts history of being flat when resting players before the playoffs I am very concerned. They may as well call Buffalo and say no thanks you win for this sunday.

I'm not even a Colts fan, and I was bothered by it. I could actually feel myself getting annoyed as the second half wore on knowing they weren't even trying to win. (The coaches and/or execs, that is, not the players.)

Well the Saints beat the Cardinals so all chance of the Cowboys being at home for the NFC Championship has been lost. So now the Cowboys need to win 2 games on the road to get to the Super Bowl. I believe that the Cowboys can do this and get to the Super Bowl.

Tomorrow the Cowboys play the Vikings and I am very excited about this game. I am kinda nervous about the game, but it's fun to be nervous about stuff like this. I might be even more nervous right before the game. Anyways I have faith that the Cowboys will win tomorrow and that the Cowboys will be going to the NFC Championship :)

Go Cowboys!!!
