I was reading SamLand's blog and saw that there is a new book on Disney World history that covers why Walt Disney decided to built Disney World in Orlando: http://samlanddisney.blogspot.com/2010/03/book-preview-project-future.html Has anyone read this book?

The demise of the Skyway... ...really had nothing to do with whether it was efficient or not. The real reason it was removed at both parks was that a series of court decisions ultimately classified it as a type of transportation rather than attraction and that led to several tough restrictions...

As I mentioned, I don't have any info on specific theming. However, I do believe that Disney is distributing a Jules Verne flick next year as one of its big peak season movies. It's purely speculation but maybe there is some connection. Anyhow, I'll let you know if I hear anymore (or less...

Short answer: We had our second baby. Longer answer: Some of my friends at WDW have asked that more things not be shared with the general public because of the happenings these days at Greater Disney... However, I did just post some interesting stuff about some new rumored WDW nighttime...

Don't know for sure yet. The only thing that I was told that this AA's won't be part of a new "ride" at LS. I know its vague but what I was told was vague. I'll let you know when I hear more...

Since the earlier thread in which I mentioned that the Finding Nemo AA's are currently in Central Shops, I've been told that these animatronics are likely to be used as some new show element at LS. I'll share more details as they come in.

My first though was also that plastics sounded pretty boring. Then again, I'm told the new UL exhibit has been a surprise hit (no pun intended, blah, blah, blah) with guests.
