    Which Dinner show is good?

My husband and I went to the Hoop-De-Doo Review last year for our anniverary and we had a blast. It's full of corny jokes, but the food is decent. I haven't been to the Poly luau in years, so I'm not sure what kind of food would be appetizing for a 7 year old....but Hoop-De Doo had fried...

    Photographer's View of Disney

This is a little off subject, but does anyone remember in the original Imagination pavilion, Kodak used to display everyday pictures on the 2nd floor? I used to love taking some time to browse at them! Some of the shots were absolutely amazing. :)

What is your favorite ______ at Canada

I like the gardens and the waterfall. Each time we visit, we always ask a CM to take our pic in front of the falls!:)

    Resturants

duemes...my husband and I went to Emerils for dinner to celebrate our 1 year anniversary last year. The food was good (Texas redfish and his signature Banana Cream pie are unbelievable!), but I wouldn't do it again. If you're looking for ambience and quiet times, you won't find it there. In...

    New Movie Ride Script

sorry for the side question...but aside from the entire script, does anyone know if they're adding more movie clips to the montage that you watch at the end of the ride?

    MGM- and so it begins...

DogsRule - you're too funny! Maybe they'll bring utilize the infamous chair that was sitting outside MS and incorporate that into the new area!:D

Do You Remember Your First Time?

Micbat - lol. I guess when you're 6, dancing dolls were more pleasant to look at than a scary witch holding out an apple!

Do You Remember Your First Time?

My first trip to WDW was when I was 4 years old back in 1977. I don't really remember too much of it, other than we stayed at the Contemporary (in one of the garden wings) and we went to the Luau at the Polynesian. My second trip was when I was 6, where my memories are much more vivid. We...

What is your favorite _____ at the United Kingdom

I love that store too! Last year I bought a cutting board with teacups on it - it's too pretty to use! We also went and bought some candy as a quick snack (it was similar to a Mounds bar, which is milk chocolate and coconut inside..does anyone know what it's called?) And of...

Man Tries To Kidnap Teen Girl Near Disney

I'l be curious to find out if this was an employee at the hotel or not...it's a little scary that someone can easily gain access into a hotel. Then again, I'm sure the front desk workers must think everyone that walks in is a visitor! :lookaroun

    PO-French Quarter to close!!!

Well, my boss is back from vacation and informed me that her trip to PO-FQ was great. In her opinion, her room did not show signs of wear and tear. The only slight complaints she said were the tub drain ( took too long for the water to go down), and a slight rip on the blanket. Both were too...

    Favorite Resort Fast Dining Spots

I agree! We loved the Roaring Forks when we stayed at the WL last year. It was perfect for a quick bite of breakfast, or a fudge brownie after coming back from the parks at night!:slurp:

    Fast-food type places in parks...

Columbia House in the MK is good (I think that's where I had the tasty tuna melt!):slurp: We went to the Fish and Chips place in EPCOT for a quick bite last time. The food was very good. Only thing that bothered us was not enough seating (even the benches by the water were occupied).

    Favorite Park Entrance

I would have to agree with Brett on this one. MK was "THE" original park on all of my childhood visits to WDW. As I got older and went back as each additional park opened, it just wasn't the same. I knew it wasn't a dream and that I was truly at WDW when I walked under the train station (past...

    Epcot & Restraunts?

My vote goes to the Biergarten buffet in Germany. If you like German food, this one should be on your list. If you want privacy, this may not be the place for you, since they tend to sit you in long tables with strangers. Fortunately, in all the times we've been there, we've lucked out and...

    Avoiding Gay Days

Yellow Shoes - love your comment! My husband and I were at WDW last year for our 1 yr anniversary during the week of the Gay Day celebrations. As other people have mentioned in this message string, it was quite uneventful. We didn't witness anyone displaying an overload of public...

    PO-French Quarter to close!!!

My boss is leaving tomorrow with her family for PO-FQ. I told her the news that she's one of the last families in there before it shuts down for rehab! I'll be curious to find out her thoughts/comments on how the place looks when she returns. I imagine it will be crowded for the upcoming...

    Aunt Poly's to close!!!

I liked AP's, even if it was only good for a nice place to sit in the shade and relax for a few minutes! Didn't they also use to sell pickles as well?

    Happy Birthday, Thumper!!

Thank you so much Grizz and DisneyCP! The Big 2-9 wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! Of course, I had to go to work yesterday but my husband took me out to a nice birthday dinner.:slurp: Thank you so much for thinking of me!:)

    Kitchen Kaberet or Food Rocks?

Nothing beats Kitchen Kaberet...although we always chuckle at some of the names of the characters in Food Rocks ( particularly Neil Moussaka)!
