I don't think most people are unhappy with Starbucks. Fine add Starbucks coffee. Starbucks pastries are everywhere. We are unhappy with the destruction of the Main Street Bakery. It was a favorite of ours. Breakfast croissant. Cheese Danish. Someplace to sit in MK for breakfast. Afternoon...

Yes we walked up and were seated right away for breakfast! No Gorilla :)

Happy Anniversary. It's no secret, the Flame Tree seating area. People just stop a the first table they see and it's always quiet and often we are the only people down by the water. So pretty and peaceful. The scrounging birds usually leave us alone.

Feet up, out on the balcony with a ice cold bottle of something. Last time they were Smirnoffi Ice.:)

Agree 100% about MK too!!! Soooo it's Fountain View with no way to enjoy the fountain view :confused:

Well - looks like they took away the seating just like at the Main Street Bakery. Boooo. I can't think of where you would stop to sit and enjoy your purchase close to the Fountain View. Sheltered. Any ideas?

Main Street Bakery was our favorite too. Now there is no place for breakfast at MK. The waffles at Sleepy Hollow are icky. Not a cinnamon roll fan. Don't want a buffet. They need to work on bringing another QS to MK.

When we get to the room it would be a bottle of Smirnoff Ice (it's what I liked in the resort store) out on the balcony with chips. I'm more of a salty snack girl than sweets.

Afternoon nap and late night bar hopping. It's fun to check out the lounges at the other resorts.

We didn't start taking our DD to Disney until she was 11 so most of her character experiences have been as a teenager. And I'd bet that she wouldn't say no to the fun now that she's 20 . But if it's just the 2 of us we're more likely to spend the extra on cocktails;) Not the signature dining...

Easy! It is totally stress free. My DH says he sleeps like a rock and there is always something new happening, someplace new to eat. DH owns a business and even on other vacations he doesn't decompress like at the world. Someone else does all the driving, cooking, maintenance. I don't know...

We always eat breakfast. Never in our room. We make an effort to try new places and go to different resorts like the Poly.

How willing and able are the restaurants to hold the cilantro if asked. :in pain: Hate the stuff!!!

We were at the party on Halloween night last year and thought the crowds were not much different than other MNSSHP we've attended in mid October. It was such a hoot watching all the people in costume when they started arriving. That was probably the biggest difference... more adults in costume.

Sounds like a new tradition for us to adopt!! TS ressie someplace new.
