Good Morning Disney Ghouls...So for all you lucky people who will be trick or treating at this years MNSSHP at MK..What is your favourite thing about this event.?...Iam hoping to be going in October 2015 and would love to take my DW and DS to this event..Question..Is it worth the money.? Its a few good pieces but mostly like toostie rolls or lemon heads or goofy suckers and stuff like that. A lot of "filler" candy. We gave almost all of it away.

I do want to say though, this is not to discourage attendance. The Hallowwishes, Headless Horseman, Dwarfs, characters, etc are all worth going. Just if you skip the candy, then you have more time to do this other stuff. :)

I just got back, it was the 1st time Id been..it was well worth it! I enjoyed every aspect an will go more in depth on the trip rerort but:

Rare Characters..Jack and Sally made their 1st appearence in the MK..all 7 Dwarves..Mad Hatter and more

Villians meet and great after the Villians Mix and mingle..Maleficient...Queen of Hearts and others

Madame Leota sitting outside the Haunted mansion heckling you as you wait in line was very very cool...she looked fantastic..

The Parade is mind blowing..the headless horseman was just brilliant..and eerie..

Hallowishes...was FANTASTIC!

Event specific merhcandise...

Going to our first party on 10/17. Both myself and DD are very excited!

I've read about all you can on the event but am wondering if anyone has appearance info on the Cadaver Dans. I want to make plans to catch one of their sets. I know usually Frontierland/Liberty Square area but that's about it.

Also any other streetmosphere/unpublished entertainment of note?

Boo to You Parade. Fireworks. Short lines. We don't trick or treat. Once they were giving Snickers at the load area to Space Mountain. Yum! Other than that it's not usually chocolate and not worth our time :p

Been a few times and wouldn't miss it ever (unless we don't visit during the MNSSHP period). Candy has varied over the years, but we go mainly for the parades, shows, extra rides and just to soak up the atmosphere.
