Skipper Canteen is good. I liked Be Our Guest for lunch as it is a quick service for lunch and only slightly more than other quick service lunch options.

We had a sushi lunch once at Tokyo Dining that was very average sushi. The staff was great, but I would not go back for the sushi.

My vote would also be for Jiko. I do think Jiko is better for couples or adults while Ohana could be better for families or those with small children.

I really like the Animal Kingdom pools. The "water park" at Kadani Village is greater for younger kids.

We do this each year we go to Disney. We call out any Disney cast members who went above and beyond what was expected. I usually receive a call or e-mail that they will recognize these cast members. My understanding is that Disney does recognize them.

We tipped the Disney suggested amount and felt it was appropriate for the very good to excellent service we received.

I have stayed at both the Disney Dolphin and Swan. They are both great hotels in a great location. The value is good, especially if you can use SPG rewards points for your stay.

One suggestion is Sanaa and the bread service. It is great and also good for vegetarians as well. Go there for a pre-dinner snack or a late night snack and experience a wonderful dish in a great atmosphere.
