I have a question about Splash Mountain.. I remember in one of the rooms they had jumping water from crater to crater... I have not seen that working in a few years. Do you know why?

I agree with you on all accounts. It's not the large group that is an issue, it is the inconsideration that usually comes along with it. I have done just what you suggested, avoided that area, or stepped out of line and waited a few minutes to distance myself :)
