It matters what they are building. Minilands will be themed to existing franchises. Larger priced attractions are not going to be because they need to last awhile and will cost a huge amount to retheme.

Why would expansion effect the hat anyway? They aren't going to move it to another part of that gate because they aren't going to add a mickeyland. Anything that is done is not going to end up in front of the theater.
