Rock n Roller Coaster refurb--has the inevitable arrived?

Ahh someone just lock the thread already! :ROFLOL: But really. Aerosmith isn't going anywhere. Hannah is ending and Miley will be ending her music career soon. Any band that is as popular or more popular than Aerosmith is too expensive for Disney. They're just touching up...

Fantasmic this Friday night - May 21st

You shouldn't have to worry about fighting past the 9:00 crows - the CMs will keep you roped in a little separate area until traffic clears up. One of thsoe things where they slowly walk forward, and anyone who goes past them has to go to the back of the line. Last time I was there, which was...

Fantasmic this Friday night - May 21st

I went to the second show a few weeks ago and was amazed...got a spot front and center, and for some reason no one else was sitting there! Seriously, me and my boyfriend were the only two people sitting in the front and center row! Wasn't even a windy night where water from the fountain hits you.

DHS Villains in Vogue Store sadly on it's way out...

Sad to hear, Villians in Vogue has always been one of my favorites. Glad I got a chance to visit last month before this change.

Rock n Roller Coaster refurb--has the inevitable arrived?

How did this thread become about Lady Gaga?? (well, I know how...pretty much due to one person who just won't stop digging...) But really, if we're discussing what musical artist/group Disney would consider using to replace Aerosmith (though it seems highly unlikely that they would do such a...

Rock n Roller Coaster refurb--has the inevitable arrived?

Fortunately, teenyboppers are not the ones Disney makes their money off from. And to the person who said Hannah Montana isn't quite old enough for the lap dance stuff...you're not very up to date on your celebrity news. A quick google search yields videos of lap dancing her 40-something year...

    Ask a Disney employee

Yep...and I'm well aware there's going to be jerks in every workplace, but it was very over the top, and being 1200 miles away from home with no one to comfort me after a bad day just kinda pushed me over the edge. But I did have friends who had great experiences, one remained seasonal and works...

    Why does...

...then don't go to Animal Kingdom. But it was one of Walt's dreams to be able to use real animals in the park, rather than AAs. The imagineers were finally able to make that a reality. It boggles my mind that you can equate AK to a zoo, it is so much more.

    Ask a Disney employee

I worked on Mission:Space, but had the misfortune of having a super crappy trainer who got written up for the many insults he tossed my way, as well as mistakes he made as my trainer, and he basically made my life/job heck after that, and my attempts to transfer or get something more done about...

Gone But Not Forgotten Food Items!

Basically the same thing as an elephant ear, if you've ever had one of those.

What/Who at Disney do you think should get more credit or recognition?

The Fantasyland dark rides, most people don't understand why I still ride them even though there are no little kids in our group when we visit WDW.

    Ask a Disney employee

-Enough to pay for food and the occasional souvenir. Altho that varies a bit depending on how much you spend on food, how many hours you work, etc. But keep in mind that you're making minimum wage and paying quite a bit for rent, when you consider how many people you're sharing an apartment...

    Why is MK closing early?

More money than 99.9% of us will ever have...lol

Disney Ducks- Do they annoy you?

I feel sorry for the ducks! With all the food people insist on feeding them at the parks, it's amazing you don't see them dying in the middle of WDW all the time. I was totally appalled on my most recent trip at the number of parents who encouraged their children to feed ducks pizza, shrimp...

    Fastpass return time

I definitely had a bum trainer, so that's not too surprising to hear.

Universal's Islands of Adventure Touring Plan

But that totally disregards wait times...obviously at IOA you have to go clockwise or counter-clockwise since everything is in a circle, but it makes more more sense to start the day at Marvel Island where you have rides that will get huge lines later in the day, such as the Hulk coaster and...

WDW Food Picture of the Day

Back with the food pics I promised to take on my trip :) Most of it is pretty boring stuff, as I'm a picky eater, but this one is my favorite food picture from the trip... Fish & mashed potatoes from the Rose & Crown

    Fastpass return time

Very strange...as a CP in 07 at M:S, I was not to take FPs outside their time window unless they were only a bit late, say within a half hour or so.

Universal's Islands of Adventure Touring Plan

Seriously? You're just writing things in the order they appear on the park map, completely disregarding popularity/typical wait times. :brick:

On-Line Resort Check In: Is it helpful?

It helped me a ton at Pop last week, I would of been in line forever doing normal check-in, but I was the only one there for online and I was good to go in less than a minute!
