Is "Free Dining" by pin code only?

As of now, it is only available to those who got the bounceback while they were at Disney during free dining last year and the pin code. If they announce it as available to the general public, they usually do it early April.

    Do ALL "moderate" resort rooms.....

We've stayed at the Poly many times. My DH offered it to me this past September for our 25th wedding anniversary as a special treat. I turned him down and stuck with our CSR because it is "home" and we are comfortable there and love the resort. The Poly is beautiful--don't get me wrong--and I...

    Do ALL "moderate" resort rooms.....

I've never stayed at the CBR. We stay at the CSR (Coronado--which has queen beds by the way)). As I said, we had more issues at the Poly and CR with noise than we ever had at CSR. As for the walking, I know that CBR is a very large resort as is the CSR. But you can have a long walk at the...

    Do ALL "moderate" resort rooms.....

Yes, they are all outside entrance. We, truthfully, prefer it over the indoor corridors. First, I am in Florida, I want to walk outside an enjoy the spectacular weather and see the trees and flowers and not walk down a dark corridor. Also, we've stayed at the CSR seven times, and we have NEVER...

    Coronado Springs

We love the CSR--it is our home away from home. We've never been during the holidays so I can't comment personally on the decorations but I have seen some beautiful pictures (I will send you a private message with a link for the pictures). Yes, it is a convention resort and there has been a...

    Chef Mickey VS Crystal palace

We prefer CP by far over CM. CP is a must do for us every year for the first ADR for breakfast so that we can walk Main Street without a lot of people, have puffed french toast and see Pooh and friends. We like CM--breakfast more than dinner, but it is just "too" busy for us.

Coronado Springs - What to Expect from Quick Service Rest.

Here's a picture of the CSR refillable mug. Also, we love Pepper Market. It is hit or miss with most people. Rumor has it they are turning it into a buffet like Boma. They've already started rehabbing some of the stations. Unfortunately, the ribeye is only on the dinner menu right now (they took...

Pick 'Em: Your one TS choice from each park!

Magic Kingdom -- Crystal Palace for breakfast -- have to have that puffed french toast and the potato casserole, and of course, have to see Pooh and friends Epcot -- LeCellier -- Cheddar Cheese Soup, pretzel and sourdough bread, filet, cream cheese mashed potatos and Chocolate on Chocolate...

What resturant have you never eaten at?

Too many to list here. We've never done any of the signature restaurants and probably never will. We've not done a lot of the resort restaurants (we did Boatwright's--yuk, WCC--yuk) but are trying Spoodles and Turf Club this year. There are several at WS we haven't tried--french restaurant...

    Coronado Rehabs

No, those who had requested and paid for club level, were called on the phone and were offered a different resort with club level. The food/snacks, etc., are only available to convention people at this time.

    Disney at a Relaxed Pace

We have stayed at the CSR six of our last seven trips. You've picked a great resort and it is a very relaxing resort. This is what DH and I do (and we are 56 and 51 and we no longer travel with our boys--they are both in college). DH and I hit a park for rope drop or extra magic hours every...

    Favourite resorts and Why?

Our favorite is by far the Coronado (we've stayed at the All-Star Sports, Poly--numerous times, CR--couple of times). The only other resort that we want to try is AKL (savannah view). So until we do and see if we like it, CSR will remain our favorite. We love that it has a "deluxe" feel at a...

    Coronado Rehabs

Cabana 9B will be available at regular rates for those visiting CSR unless they are reserved for a convention. As of now, CL level has been put on hold due to some kinks in the system. As of now, no one knows when CL may become an option for regular guests.

    Coronado Springs Suite Pics

We were upgraded to a junior suite in September (it was our 25th wedding anniversary celebration). Here are a few pictures that I took. Now, remember, the CSR is currently rehabbing their rooms with all new furniture (queen beds already put in)--carpet, drapes, headboards, dresser, flat screen...

    Pepper Market

I am disappointed in this as well as this is our "home" resort. There is talk that they are going to change the Pepper Market to a buffett like Boma.

    Ordering Gift Baskets

I used memoriesbybetsy in September for our 25th wedding anniversary for my husband. She did a great job. Just remember, unless you are CL, the package CANNOT be in your room before you arrive.

    Coronado Springs...a few ?'s

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to ask me. CSR is our home away from home and I'll be glad to try to help.

    Boatwright's at POR-Riverside

Yeah, my husband was very disappointed. We went for dinner two years ago and did not care for it at all (one of the worse meals we've ever had at Disney). But he has heard so much about the sweet potato pancakes and banana stuffed french toast that we were going to drive over there from CSR in...

    Boatwright's at POR-Riverside

On one of the other forums I visit. One person tried to call to make a ressie for March and were told they weren't taking them; she and two other people then called Boatwright's directly and were told that, yes, in fact, they would no longer be serving breakfast.
