What and How much land sold to Four Seasons???

I'm not a huge fan of the land sales either but, to say Eisner did a bad job because of Celebration, is that really fair? No person on earth is o.k. with 100% of what their friends/family/mate do, same with WDW, or your own place of work for that matter. True?

Monsters Inc coaster greenlit and Spain coming to world showcase?!?

Seriously though, WS wouldn't hurt my feelins w/ a new or even expanded pavilions. Some of the existing one's could use some sort of attarction. Please expand DHS, they have plenty of classic/current movies to draw from. Also someone mentiioned earlier that it actually being a "working studio"...

    Disney posts earnings

Saw a scroll on the news this morning that Disney has posted their reports and a higher profit than expected was reported. I didn't see the #'s Just a tid bit for those who like that stuff. Didn't they just raise prices again?

You might be a redneck at WDW if...

you only eat bugers/dogsin the parks/hotels- not because you can't afford a sit down , just because you don't recoginze anything else on the menu as edible.

    Money for The Mouse

There are some rooms/suites at Disney that run up to a 2000 some odd dollars per night at the deluxe resorts, I beleive that's per person right? (I am just assuming where the vaule & moderate resorts where per person per night, last time I went)

    Money for The Mouse

me too.. I could afford to stay in a mod. (with a smidge of planning), but I just can't justify the cost for not much more in terms of room size (except @ CB) , for a place that I will mostly only sleep at. We spend 90% of out time at the parks, stay at an all-star, and are perfectly happy. If...

There is still PLENTY of room for more parks and parking. You won't see it anytime soon though, probably anyway.

    Money for The Mouse

That is kind of what I was wondering about , it appears that a larger # of people are packed into less buildings at the value level (you can't justify building a large fancy hotel and not charge a hefty rate to pay the bills) moderate appears to have a smidge more elbow room, while the deluxe...

    Money for The Mouse

I stand corrected. It is interesting to see all these breakdowns, I love it! Is there more deulxe hotel buildings compaired to value and or mod.? no matter what the room count? I'm not trying to prove any kind of point , just curious.:)

    Money for The Mouse

O.k. , so WDW is building more and more on site hotels at what we might call upper moderate to deluxe. Granted we have POP and the All-Stars. Does it seem like Disney is going after a more "higher end" guest list so to speak? What I mean is (I don't have the #'s) it seems like there is...

Ticket Prices going up on August 5th.

That is probably part of an overall plan......... more $$ goes directly into the Mickey's wallet that way.

    idea: retheme Soarin'

I got my copy of Pulp at what used to be the Virgin Megastore @DTD a bunch of years ago. Back to topic: I unconditionally love Soarin'- and always will. But I wish they had put it in a better spot, to crowded in the land now. I feel like they kinda just plopped it down there because it was the...

is it me ? (un-whining the forums)

. Mr. Toad, Horizons, 20,000 Leagues and World of Motion aren't coming back. Get over it. Gaps in good service, mediocre food, and uninspired narrations ARE fixable. Whine away--productively. Yes, some things were better back when, but they're gone. Get over it. Some things could be better...
