Fair enough. ToT and Splash were two of my favorite rides all time though, and RotR is now my personal favorite. I don't think you get rides like those 3 too often. Maybe a better comp for Tron is something like Space Mountain or Big Thunder.

I think this shows the "matter of taste" element though so many seem to disagree with. Cause I would say that RotR, FoP, and heck even Tron are at least in the conversation for many. You may not agree, but I believe they are the same "caliber" of attraction. The replacement instead of expansion...

This is my family's feeling as well. The parks themselves are better, but there is frustration with cost, LL, and planning aspects.

Again, I think the first half of the 2010's was bad, and even with that the latter half was impressive and the "rate of E-tickets" in the last 10, even with Covid, is at least comparable to the "rate" of the "Disney Decade" (and some of the attractions you listed I do not see as E-Tickets). But...

Showstopper I just mean major headliner attractions. E-Tickets, if you like. I'm not trying to degrade "The Disney Decade," I granted it was in the discussion as the best for Disney expansion. But the way you are talking it is as if the recent decade isn't even remotely in the same ball park...

Well sure but I could point out similar things with the flaws of DHS and AK when they first opened, which were many. Sure, many showstoppers, but not exponentially more than the last decade. In fact, I'd still argue less. You just prefer those ones to the new ones. Which is fine.

They did just add Tron but I get what you mean both with theming and the empty spaces. My point is just I think AK and DHS need a heavy investment cycle like MK is clearly getting this cycle, even though I know you and others disagree with how that investment is being used.

Good LORD this ride feels like a disaster lol. It was a nightmare when we visited too.

Thank you!! Yeah, the Star Wars Ride is something I really wish they would do. For Star Wars fans, it gives a more “Jedi” focused attraction and touches on those themes. For average guests it gives a family friendly Star Wars ride and gives Hollywood studios a much needed boat ride.
