Even if Midway Mania isn't officially open on the 20th, it's pretty likely that there will be soft openings. Since the ride has to be fully functional for the previews earlier in may, they'll probably just keep the ride running until the official opening. No guarentees or anything..but...

JPVonDrake works in reservations, so anything he posts is official company policy. I'm not sure if there's a press release somwhere, but if you call up reservations they will be able to confirm/change your camp site.

What items are you planning on getting? I know there are some SKU's on old threads for some of the more popular fan stuff. I wouldn't worry about the numbers too much though; the mail order people are pretty good at figuring out what you want from what I've heard.

It's possible. It sounds like a computer done rendition, which could have been pulled from the musical score right anytime after it was finished. Might be a little bit upbeat, but I suppose we'll see if it's from SSE in a few weeks.

From what I've been gathered it's a band/choir/colorguard competitive program that's run by Disney. Here's a link I found about it. I believe it's a newer program and includes judging and awards, as opposed to the performance only magical music days program that's brought in high school bands...

Yup, It's been reported that the used some retro music for the park entrance loop today. Tomorrow's Child, We've just begun to dream, etc. I think the actual report was back in this thread somwhere...

Interesting use of Epcot Center. It's probably just the reporter's choice of words..but it seems like there's definatly something new coming to Epcot in the near future. Do you think tomorrow might be a good time to announce this?
